薄板坯连铸机的板坯经定尺切割后直接进入辊底炉均热并由炉底辊输送至热轧机进行轧制。特殊的工况条件要求产品既要耐高温、耐压力、耐磨损，同时又要承受板坯头部的冲击力及板坯运动的摩擦力、扭力等复杂交变载荷的作用。

After the size cut, the thin slabs are conveyed into furnace directly after that areconveyed by hearth rolls to the hot roll mills. pecial operating conditions demands the products with high temperature resistant, pressure resistant and wear resistant, to endure the sophisticated alternating load such as the impact power at the slab head, friction force of the slab movement and torsion force.
